Normally, Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your rights until the end of your current billing period.

When you adjust your price plan from a higher level to a lower level, we will still retain the portion of the used image storage that exceeds the limit and will not delete it. However, you will not be able to upload new images until you adjust your price plan to meet the requirements of the image storage or delete the excess images to fit within the limit of the current plan.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our contact.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
